Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
1. Your right to cancel (consumers)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers may cancel a distance contract for services within 14 days of the day the contract is concluded, without giving any reason.
2. How to cancel
Send a clear statement of your decision to contact@amberti-studio.online. You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not required. It is enough to send your notice before the 14-day period ends.
Model form: "I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the following service: [service], ordered on [date]. Name: [ ]. Address: [ ]. Date: [ ]."
3. Work started during the cancellation period
If you request that we begin work within the 14 days, you must pay for services provided up to the time you cancel. If the service has been fully performed with your express consent and acknowledgement that you lose your right to cancel, the right to cancel no longer applies.
4. Cancelling after 14 days
After the cancellation period, either party may end a project with 14 days' written notice. You pay for work completed up to the end date, and we hand over all completed deliverables.
5. Cancellation by us
We may cancel if we are unable to provide the service, for example due to events beyond our control. Any payment for work not performed will be refunded in full.
