Delivery Policy

Last updated: 19 October 2026

All our services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped. This policy complies with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, EU Directive (EU) 2019/770 on digital content and services, and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. Delivery method

Deliverables (design files, prototypes, source code and documentation) are shared through secure online links, design tools or code repositories, and confirmed by email.

2. Timelines

Estimated timelines are set out in your proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the agreed start date for each milestone, as required by law where no date is agreed.

3. Delays

If we expect a delay, we will tell you promptly with a new date. If we fail to deliver by the agreed date, consumers may set an additional reasonable period and, if delivery still does not happen, end the contract and receive a refund for undelivered work.

4. Acceptance

You have 7 days after each delivery to review and request revisions included in your plan. Deliverables not meeting the agreed specification will be corrected free of charge.

5. Ownership

Intellectual property rights in final deliverables transfer to you upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
